E3 2010: Project Natal renamed as “Kinect”
According to an article published on USA Today Microsoft’s motion device is officially called Kinect.
There were also a number of games announced including:
Kinectimals
You can play with virtual animals. Lol cat Kinect!
Joyride
A racing game where players steer with their hands.
Kinect Sports
Boxing, bowling, beach vollyball, track and field, soccer and table tennis.
Kinect Adventures
River rafting with friends.
Dance Central
A dancing version of So You Think You Can Dance.

I’m glad they decided to go with Kinect. Natal just doesn’t have the same appeal and people would be confused as to what it was. That being said, I really dig the connect as an Xbox addon. It’s a shame PS3 hasn’t developed something similar.
