A New Hero Added in Assassins Creed III

A new character can bring various changes in gameplay and presentation in Assassins Creed universe. This new character Connor brings along fundamental changes in the Assassins Creed III. GI talked about this character with the developers of Ubisoft Montreal in order to get a detailed picture of what fans can expect. This new hero is born in a Mohawk tribe which now is upstate New York. Born of a Mohawk mother and a white English father the character has named Ratohnhaké:ton (prounounced ra-doon-ha-gay-doo).
Creative director Alex Hutchinson talked about it. He said, “We want to explore this notion of duality. He’s of neither culture. And if we’re going to talk about the American Revolution, we didn’t want you playing Mel Gibson from The Patriot. And we didn’t want you in a military uniform. The AC universe is one step back.”
Personality of Connor will be very different from the noble and great previous characters Altaïr and Ezio. Connor is reserved and quiet. When he speaks, he carefully considers what he wants to say. But as an adult, Connor is both a powerful warrior and an experienced pioneer and hunter. “Connor is as at home in wilderness environments as Ezio and Altaïr were in cities,” Hutchinson says.
