Synopsis

Daniel Craig is back as James Bond 007 in Skyfall, the 23rd adventure in the longest-running film franchise of all time.  In Skyfall, Bond’s loyalty to M (Judi Dench) is tested as her past comes back to haunt her.  As MI6 comes under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat, no matter how personal the cost.

Truly amazing that’s what The Amazing Spider-Man is going to be called by the audience after its release on 4th July. Reboot was a quite good decision but taking in Andrew Garfield was the best one. Spidey needed to be cool as it’s shown this time. Tobey Maguire did a good job but people will like Andrew more than they ever liked Toby. This thing became pretty sure after the release of first trailer. Now 4 minutes of super preview have hit the web. Which have some quite good moments including the ones shown in the first trailer. Emma Stone, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field also star in The Amazing Spider-Man, directed by Marc Webb for a July 3 release. Have a look.

Time hasn’t been kind to Max Payne, the New York cop who used to woo us – or perhaps ‘Woo’ us – by diving around in slow motion blasting organised crime to pieces. In one of the bleakest game intros I’ve ever seen, Max begins his latest adventure by arriving at his new Sao Paolo apartment, getting the shakes, then draining a bottle of bourbon, chain-smoking and smashing a photograph of his dead family against a wall in his torment. Press Start.
If Max Payne 2 was The Fall of Max Payne, then Max Payne 3 is Max at rock bottom. He starts the game in a purgatorial funk, bodyguard to a Brazilian industrialist and his family of rich playboys and politicians, drinking his way through the days – the end of chapter one sees him lurching around his apartment, throwing up in the kitchen sink and then crying himself to sleep – while we listen along to his internal monologue. Poor old Max.

Max Payne has suffered beyond reasonable limits. (It’s all in the name.) Nine years have passed since the last game in the series, yet little has changed for its long-suffering protagonist, who remains deeply traumatised by the death of his wife and child. ‘Trauma’ is the key word – in Greek, it means ‘wound’, and Max is someone who has never let his fully heal. To move on would be to forget – a betrayal of those he loved – and so instead he chooses to wallow in the past and the pain, with the help of brown liquor and white pills.

There’s a fantastic moment halfway through Max Payne 3. The titular hero has reached his boiling point, shaved his head, and gone underground into Sao Paolo’s gritty favelas. Things are looking down. A local gang has robbed him of guns, watch, and even his sunglasses. He’s been kicked into a ditch full of trash and sewage. And as he traverses through a stream of filth and philosophizes about his lot in life, we understand how he’s somewhat complicit in perpetuating this societal imbalance through his steady stream of gunfire to protect the wealthy. It’s a segment that feels like a filth-smeared complement to Uncharted 2’s critically lauded “Tibetan Village” section. And it’s a moment that beautifully epitomizes the experience.

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier – Launch Trailer

Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier (previously known as Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon 4) is a video game published by Ubisoft and due for release on May 22nd, 2012 in America and May 24th, 2012 in Europe. Excluding expansions, it is the fifth installment in the Ghost Recon series, and was announced to be in development by Ubisoft on January 22, 2009. The game will be a futuristic take on the Ghost Recon series.

Initially, the title was revealed to be Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Predator by an OFLC release. However in December 2009, “Ghost Recon: Future Soldier” was trademarked by Ubisoft, raising speculation that this could be the name for the upcoming Ghost Recon 4. This was subsequently confirmed by an official announcement.

The whole project will cost near about $15 million to produce and will cover the life of Steve Jobs from 1971 to 2000. Joshua Michael Stern is directing the Jobs and script was penned by Matt Whiteley. Production team has kept the casting secret till now other than Ashton Kutcher and Josh Gad.
